THE TASCOTT HOUSE
This red texture brick house with stunning views over Brisbane Waters was almost a “knock down” But, it had good solid foundations and great potential.
The interior at street level was completely gutted and the rooms rearranged to create a living level - all focused to the view.
The lower level foundations were enclosed and two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom were created - all with views as well.
The whole house is designed for entertaining - a spacious kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room and a wide balcony the full width of the house allows for alfresco living.
The dining and sitting areas are divided by a “two way” log fire that heats the whole top floor very successfully.
This small house has become a beautiful and intimate home.
